Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

At NEXLOCK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in good condition
  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse
  • Include all original accessories and packaging
  • Not have been incorrectly installed or tampered with

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible returns within the 30-day return period.


Restocking Fee

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 21% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.


Final Sale Items

We do not sell final sale items. All products are covered under our standard return policy.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund
  • Or an equivalent solution at no additional cost

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Within approximately 5–10 working days

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, a return request must be submitted in accordance with this policy.
